There are no minimum order thresholds, no hidden handling fees, and no structural surcharges. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay for delivery to your doorstep.
3. Order Processing and Handling Time
Every order placed on ELML undergoes meticulous quality control, secure protective packaging, and dispatch sorting before leaving our fulfillment centers.
- Handling Time: 1 - 3 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Orders are not processed, sorted, or dispatched on Saturdays, Sundays, or official public holidays.
- Order Cut-Off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Singapore Standard Time (SST). Orders placed after 5:00 PM SST on Friday or during the weekend will begin processing on the following business day (Monday).
4. Transit Time & Delivery Timelines
Once your order has been handed over to our shipping carriers, the transit duration to your destination is as follows:
- Transit Time: 7 - 13 Business Days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are carried out by local postal or courier services within Singapore during standard business hours.
- Total Estimated Delivery Window: Combining handling and transit times, you can expect your package to arrive within 8 to 16 business days from the moment your order is successfully placed.
Please note that external variables such as extreme weather conditions, regional logistics bottlenecks, or customs inspection procedures may occasionally cause minor transit variations. We proactively monitor all shipments to mitigate these rare occurrences.
5. Shipment Tracking
Transparency is fundamental to our service. Within 24 to 48 hours after your package is handed over to the courier, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. This notification will contain your official tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s live tracking portal, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
6. Address Accuracy & Modifications
Customers are strictly responsible for providing precise, complete, and legally accurate shipping information at checkout. Please include all relevant details such as unit numbers, building names, street names, and postal codes.
If you discover an error in your shipping address, you must contact our support team immediately at info@elml.shop within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier or entered the dispatch queue, we cannot alter, halt, or redirect the shipment. ELML cannot be held liable for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
7. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Shipments
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. In the highly unlikely event that your package is structurally damaged during transit or fails to arrive within our specified delivery window, please contact us immediately:
- Damaged Items: Please email info@elml.shop within 48 hours of delivery, attaching clear photographs of both the damaged product and the external shipping packaging. We will review your claim and issue a brand-new replacement or a full refund swiftly.
- Lost Packages: If your tracking details state that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, please check with family members, neighbors, or your building’s management front desk before reaching out. If it remains missing, contact us, and we will open a formal investigation with the carrier.
8. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For orders shipped to Singapore, cross-border shipments may be subject to local import taxes or Goods and Services Tax (GST) depending on the total declaration value and local regulatory thresholds. Any such statutory import fees, duties, or customs clearance charges are the sole legal responsibility of the importer/customer and are collected by local authorities at the time of delivery.
